Triboluminescent Geissler Tube Rotator...
By rotating the Geissler tubes (made by Lutz Neumann) slowly, 20-30 RPM, the friction of the mercury causes
the neon gas inside to glow.  Its a very dim but interesting hand-powered lamp.
