Tonight from the depths of the "Thermionic Realm" we received an 866 Rectifier tube from H. G. Fischer's SW Diathermy series! A wonderful donation to the museum. So we fired up of Diathermy to light some tubes... Frank sent this electrodeless Uranium Glass tube. I wound a coil with sheet rock mesh tape to see if it would work... Run out, and had to use some paper... Looks like it works fine!
