1.5 turns per layer, 300 turns total, 26 AWG wire. 1" ID, 9" OD.
Brass tube is 1/2" OD.
Low power, approx. 175 watts
4000 watt transformer, .024 mfd condenser, single 3/8" diameter spark gap.

Medium power - 500 watts.
High power - 750 watts.
Plugging it in on the second day...
Gap is closed so that only a few arcs pass to the primary...
