Reproduction Kinraide Style Quenched Spark Gap:  Demonstration Apparatus
Spark Gap Electrodes:  6" Diameter Machined Graphite
3500 Volt 30mA Neon Sign Transformer
.05 MFD 4000V Oil-Filled Capacitor
8" Pancake Coil
Input power:  110V @  50-100W

It is possible to use this spark gap on less than a 1000V circuit and maintain a steady oscillation.  It
would be preferred to use tungsten plates, but at this time cost and availability is next to impossible.
